Happy Birthday Sir David!

Today, on Sir David Attenborough’s 99th birthday, I’m pleased to share a small contribution to a thoughtful new tribute.

A short while ago, artist Marcel van Luit got in touch asking to use one of my portraits of Attenborough for a digital artwork. That piece is now being shown on large-format digital screens across Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Knokke-Heist, Leeds and Cardiff, with W1Curates set to bring it to London soon.

It’s always interesting to see how work takes on new life in different contexts — especially when it’s part of something honouring a figure of Attenborough’s stature.

More to follow as the project evolves. And if anyone knows of a good London space to exhibit the physical piece, do drop me a line.
